VISION: ALCOME is a practical school with strong emphasis on application. We believe that that truth applied is truth known because the life we are called to life can only be experienced when we apply the truth we know. The vision is to build up lives that would become pillars and tools with which the Kingdom of God will be established.
SCHEME OF STUDY: To study in ALCOME promises a good life transforming experience for the student/saint. We run an informal academic curriculum which is sculptured to allow interested fellows study and work without much efforts and at their pace. We offer a diploma certificate for a two (2) year course of study which is comprised of Thirty Courses. The school requires a minimum of 12 credit hours to pass a course. There is also a required compulsory class attendance credit that could help in determining the spiritual and academic performance of students. Weekly assignments are given to assess the progress of the students at assimilating the course. These assigned projects must be done and submitted for assessment per week. It forms part of the criteria for the determination of a pass performance rating or carry over rating.
There are seven academic weeks in ALCOME academic session. These Academic Weeks are sectionalized into Five (5) academic weeks each which makes a seminal term. There are Five (5) Academic session per year.
Each academic Session has Three (3) Courses and Fifteen (15) Courses per academic year. A diploma in Ministry foundation Courses is to last for Two {2} years of Seventy (70) weeks.
